Gallery 2017 Presents Painter: Lyudmila Simpson "Living in the Arts"

The City of Enumclaw and 4Culture of King County are very pleased to have Lyudmila Simpson return to the Enumclaw City Hall Gallery. As a very active member of the Enumclaw arts family, Lyudmila participates in our three galleries and is a member of Arts Alive!, and Spectrum Creative Alliance. Lyudmila Simpson experiments broadly with media and technique, bringing aspects or her earlier life in the Ukraine to more current experiences in Enumclaw. Her work is always creative and always interesting to view. Visit City Hall to view her artwork.  

Lyudmila Simpson, Artist Statement: 

My name is Lyudmila Simpson. I was born in Ukraine. I use acrylic medium on canvases, wooden furniture, music records, etc. I am a member of Enumclaw art groups such as Spectrum Creative Alliance and Arts Alive!. I have had art shows in the Enumclaw City Hall every year starting 2011. I also participated in Arts in the Garden.  Currently, I work at Blue Emerald Real Estate Company as a broker and Expressions at Enumclaw as a caregiver, I am a chess instructor at Southwood Elementary School as well. These days, I stay busy in my life while creating art with all my passion and inspiration.

Gallery 2017 is located in the Council Chambers at Enumclaw City Hall.  1339 Griffin Ave. Enumclaw, WA 98022.  Hours for the exhibition space are 9:30 a. m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Enumclaw City Hall is closed on national holidays. Gallery 2017 is closed to the public on Tuesday of each week for municipal court proceedings.
